Donna Klein Jewish Academy student earns funding for computer coding project
Noah Rubin, a Claire and Emmanuel G. Rosenblatt High School freshman, was given $15,000 during the Palm Beach Philanthropy Tank Finals earlier this month. The focus of Rubin’s program is teaching basic computer programming to students in underprivileged communities. But he sees the value for teenagers to be the teachers, as they develop leadership skills, self-confidence and a way to share their passion in the process.
