DKJA’s Signature Leadership Program helps students unlock their potential as changemakers within the school community and beyond. Rooted in the Stephen Covey “Leader in Me” framework, this program nurtures responsibility, empathy, and confidence through collaborative learning and experiential opportunities.
Key components of the program include:
- Real-world leadership challenges and team-based projects
- Development of communication and decision-making skills
- Civic engagement and school-wide initiatives
- Participation in the Dale Carnegie Youth Leadership Program, where students strengthen their public speaking, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
The Leadership Program is more than a course—it’s a mindset. Students leave with a toolkit of life skills and a sense of purpose that positions them to lead with clarity, courage, and character in all areas of their lives.
