Mrs. Hilary Arenstein embarks upon a new role in the Admissions Department as Director of Enrollment Management. She has been a familiar face at DKJA for 23 years. For 14 years, she was an English and History teacher, as well as a fifth-grade Grade Level Advisor, before transitioning to administrative roles. She previously served as K-8 Director of Admissions, and most recently as Principal of K-4.
Mrs. Arenstein graduated from Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education. Her strong relationship with DKJA students and families, along with her experience in Admissions and Community Outreach, make her a unique asset to the department. We are fortunate to have her transition into this important role.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank former Director of Admissions Jodi Orshan for her 17 years of exceptional service to DKJA, and we wish her an enjoyable retirement! Following an extensive and thorough search process, we welcome our new Director of Admissions, Ms. Ronit Felszer.
Ms. Felszer will work collaboratively with Mrs. Arenstein to ensure that current and prospective families will continue to have an exceptional experience at DKJA. She brings more than 15 years experience at a Jewish school in North Miami to DKJA, along with her admissions-related background. She graduated from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires Argentina, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Hotel Management.
