DKJA Fourth Grader Releases Song Written to Help Children

DKJA is incredibly proud of fourth-grader Eden Gross for the release of her single, Shadows on the Wall. Eden wrote Shadows on the Wall to bring awareness to the emotional struggles of children.

According to Eden, “I have a very creative and active imagination and sometimes it can go to scary places. I wrote this song to help myself, and help others get through that. I want to help others realize that they are bigger than their fears. As a songwriter, I like to take my own personal experiences and use them to create things that people can relate to and things that can help them in their everyday lives. If I can positively impact one person, then it’s all worth it.”

A portion of all record sales will go to Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options (JAFCO), and Eagles Haven, which is a community center catering to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School community.

Since the release of her single, Eden has been interviewed for numerous publications. Click here to watch Eden’s interview on WPTV (NBC) https://www.wptv.com/news/inspiring-south-florida/boca-raton-10-year-old-writes-song-about-childrens-mental-health-issues
