DKJA Community Comes Together To Clean Up the Beach!

Over 110 Donna Klein Jewish Academy students, their families, and numerous faculty, staff, and administrators participated in a beach clean-up on Sunday, October 10th. 

This special service project, made possible through our partnership with Beach Keepers Inc, provided our students with four hours of community service. 

 

"It was an amazing opportunity to give back to our environment and community in this way," said Ellen Wahlheim, Middle School Principal. Mrs. Wahlheim, along with Hilary Arenstein, Director of Enrollment Management worked together to bring this event to life. 

 

Plans for additional beach clean-ups are in the works.
