Successes of the DKJA Leaders Robotics Team!
Congratulations are in order! Mazal Tov to Eva Gottesfeld & Rebecca Levy, the DKJA Leaders Robotics Team for winning the First Place Project Research Award at the First Lego League State Invitational Competition. The team qualified for the state tournament out of 120 teams from the South Florida Region and more than 600 teams from the state.
Last weekend 48 teams from all over Florida competed for 12 awards in four different categories. This dynamic duo placed in the top eight for robot design and research project and ended up bringing home the project award.
The team wants to express their gratitude to DKJA parent and FAU Professor, Elan Branholtz, Ph.D. who gave them valuable feedback on their project. Well done to the DKJA Leaders Robotics Team, as a school we are very proud of your recent accomplishments and representation of our program.
